Many years ago, long before Sauron, there was the first Dark Lord, Morgoth. Once the mightiest of the Valar, Morgoth rebelled against his kind and brought war against Arda. Our story takes place in Beleriand, where the elvish Prince Maedhros gathers an army to lead an attack on Morgoth's black fortress of Angband. It is a suicide mission, but he is ready to face the Dark Lord at last.
